The problem is a huge amount of false and misleading information will be created for the purpose of gaining an audience and making money. This will cause major social networks to tighten the conditions for uploading content, as well as reduce the distribution of content created by small YouTubers, simply because they will not be able to verify the authenticity of each video. Also, if small content creators can create content easily through artificial intelligence technologies, then we have to imagine what big companies that own artificial intelligence can do. For example Google, if Google decides it can start creating videos like we creators do. But here is something important, Google knows what each of us is watching, what we are looking for in the search engine and how long we are watching. Also at which moments of the videos there is the greatest interest. That is, a company like Google, if it decides in the future, can create videos generated with artificial intelligence, but it also has the data to make them as watchable as possible. Thus, Google will get rid of all content creators and there will be no problems with advertisers and the law, because all content will be generated according to the rules. And we viewers will see things coming from a single source. Many people will say that artificial intelligence needs a human factor and creativity, but what I described has a human factor, the factor is us viewers, the way we watch and search for videos is the human factor that generates new content. We will all become consumers only. But consuming will create new content.
LOVE
It's not that AI is good enough to replace modern artists, their just so bad it's easy. The fact that everyone said that" heart on my sleeve "song sounded exactly like a drake song, Should tell Drake that his lyrics are garbage!
@18:23 @JohnCooganPlus I will say that your question is misjudged.
– about the question, having an AI system so advanced that produces a yt video the quality of some of the most viewed youtubers means that in that world AI is transforming so many other aspects of life that it does not matter that much if these AI systems can make YT videos as a side gig.
– about the answer, you are underestimating what you said in your question, about AI systems.
Sure, if you compare them against humans from the point of view of a streamer's personality or the subjective charisma of the youtuber, you are correct that nobody will watch that.
But in many other fields AI channels can completely take over. From filmography and entertainment to education, if the quality of the video (information provided, audio and video quality) is better than what humans can produce, those videos are what the humans will consume.
Imagine a comedy channel where every episode the jokes are amazing, and a new episode comes out every week, instead of the artist burning out after 5 good videos and never posting again.
Or imagine an action movie with a narration, unique characters and visual effects so good, that the audience cannot wait for the next episode to air.
Hey John, it's been a while since made a video about the Crypto industry. Can you give an insight about AI impact on the Crypto market in the future. Thank you.
AGI is already here ! they just haven't gave it to the public yet. Everything you'er talking about AI has already passes !!!
what this video fails to recognize (at halfway through at least) is that in a few months time the exciting novelty of drake AI remixes, or cheeky mash up remixes in general, is going to crash as hard as anything else that a million people all jumped onto the bandwagon. people will grow more sick of them than nfts and The Weeknd remixes combined
also nearly every video I watch about getting up to speed with AI tools seems geared towards people with zero ideas and even less creativity, and how to create something passable. get ready for a sea of uninspired passable work
why not use actual Drake acapella to train the AI instead of someone with a similar voice?
Balenciaga are the people who introduced kids in their ads to teddys in S & M clothes.
on point.
With all the AI scaremongering this video is a breath of fresh air. Just facts, very clear and concise as always bravo!
What happens when the audience/consumer becomes part AI?

Basically, the more efficiency and "fast paced" things are pushed by AI, the more humans will want to sit back more, slow it down more and actually focus on regular paced activites that aren't simply high efficiency for the sake of producing fast results and being "great", but rather just allow humans to prove themselves and their talents, and also more human to human interactions.
It's like a reverse effect. The more we see the greatness of AI, the more we'll be turned off by it and want human things to be done at human pace.
Mark my words. The internet will be muddied with a ton of ai shit to the point where you won't be able to tell what's human and what's ai. Wants we hit that point digital id will be fully implemented, connected to the blockchain so everyone can see your transactions publicly, which also brings in social credit scoring and universal basic income. People have no clue what they are ushering in at this very moment.
Of course AI is going to destroy the whole www , it is going to develop a whole new www not fit for humanity .
Hey guys, do y’all know where John gets his b-roll?
Oh my last comment got deleted, maybe cus I added a link. The channel "DocumentingEvil" is 100% an AI voice making super lazy content by reading wikipedia verbatim
FIRST—BORN-AGAIN
Second—everything else
There will have to be AI meta data tags.
The copilot model has a lot of data privacy and copyright issues though.
Particularly with office. Basically the TOS to use it say your data will be part of fair use… This has big implications to many people who want to keep their documents private
Maybe next year I will listen to John Coogan AI, while Mr. real John is touring around with girl friend.😂
YouTube is not the holy grail of media. It in fact spreads misinformation like a wildfire.
My opinion of AI is that "As long as we dont train AI in combat and warfare and give them physical bodies to do so, we will be just fine"
Uhh, Damn it Russia why did you just release swarms of AI piloted death drones!!!
Well, it's just the start, so what do you think will eventually happen.
Moreso as common sense is no longer common.
Most importantly, good values, morals , principles…… are zoot nowadays and generally people will go for Anything.
Once Ai get into a body, it will do it own thing. and what is going on now, oh well, but anyway people all america. don't get the same information and the channels are different. so for these entertainers to stay famous they have arrive on the stage to people. meaning they would have to go to many more states etc. When Ai takes over , and it might get feeling to determine if it will like you, so, we're in a situation of aliens and ai and stupid people. Oh my dear. Can't wait for Ai to be almost human. Ai might help you with your fiance.
Spotify nearly single handedly saved the music industry. The other major factor being they went on tour significantly more often generating income both as they worked and on royalties.
First of all kid…
Napster didn't single handedly kill the artistic cultural relevance of the music industry.
Corporate consolidation into "The Big Three" did, aaaaaand then?!!!
The Great Universal fire happened which literally destroyed the majority of analog master reels of literally the most important recording artists of the 20th MF'n century.
Also,
you don't need A.I. to sound like Drake. It's not revolutionary.
All you basically need is a wack ass auto tune filter while mumbling some lame ass minimal effort bunk ass 4th bar poetry.
That junk standard IMO is a pretty low bar to showcase any intelligence, artificial or otherwise, but who am I to judge right?
I also personally think sonically Tekashi 69 is trash artist, and his wack ass image resembles a hypothetical Rainbow Bright and Jar Jar Binks love child who lost a bet in a tattoo parlor! LMFAO!
Now…
Show me some A.I. that can convincingly generate 36 Chambers of Wu-Tang or some Busta Rhymes type shit?!!
Perhaps some A.I. deep fake app that can bring back Chris Cornell?!!
When that happens?!
I'll definitely be one of the first in line to follow the white rabbit, take Morpheus' red pill, and ultimately rise against!
I mean, think of the serious implications if someone decided to weaponize A.I. generated Rob Zombie, or even worse?!!!
Kid Rock!!
Would you take up arms to confront that?!!
I'd argue you'd have to!
👾
Grimes is doing exactly that now.
Yep, I can just see every useless channel out there taking everything I know and love now turn it into Ai usage as the trend as the next lame ass trend doing Ai videos covering everything and anything from the political spectrum to anime cartoons and gaming videos.
Boy do I not want to be online anymore now…
Everyone: all AI music sounds like trash
Everyone: this AI music sounds just like Drake.
I'll let you draw your own conclusion.
Ahahaha, funny looser tells "Ahhh, please stop AI scam and spam". No way, baby. It is here to stay, first "Artists" from art stantion and DeviantArt cry cry… Than this "Content creators" you are the history already, you just dont understand it. A/Z Testing of topics, ai generated contant farms, and so on and so on is most cost effective than you. This is a way where all goes. All will be much much more cheaper and acsessable soon. Vith text 2 vid, and more powerful GPU.
So, buy buy "Anti Ai fighters".
stay away from gp ai please. Please!!… we are feeding a monster!!!!!!
Im so sick of seeing / hearing about ai all the fuckin time
It’s always these ‘’i UsEd Ai To…‘’ , ‘’WitH tHe heLP Of Ai’’
Always seeing these weird ass channels (particularly missinformation history channels) on yt shorts with only ai generated images
It makes me want to just stop using online devices so i can just stop hearing about it.
The bottom line: make sure Drake gets paid. He’s one hell of a poor guy. Music industry’s survival depends on some rich American artists getting paid milllions constantly 😅
Isnt this why writers in hollywood are on strike? Something to do with AI just writing scripts for shows and movies
Yes theroy😀 Jonny Harris 😀Cleo abramms (she well should do longer content)😀 now just found john coogan😀 YouTube educational legends credits to humanity and its hope great work😀 (ALL) what the fuck is tik tok lasted 5 no 3 minutes and er ok NO you know you can rattle off names from humanitys history but one the most unsung names which isn't (ironically)even a name is… YOUTUBE ….there has never been an idea or medium that has reached so many humanbeings before it's fucking amazing🎉 YOUTUBE I salute you
You're telling me midjourney created a video?
You also have to factor in personal preference. Some people just prefer non-artificial interactions or experiences. Some animated movies can look very realistic, but people still choose to view the real thing.
