DATA NERDS, I'M BACK!!!!! 🤓 🙌🏼
Thank y'all so much for your kind words and support during my time away; I felt beyond loved by the data nerd community! Although I had to take off due to a family emergency, I am now more recharged than ever to get back on the YouTube grind!
More nerd content to come; stay awesome, my friends 🐼
I am about to take my intro into programming next semester, is there anything I should take prior to get me a head start? Thanks
@LukeBarousse Please brother make a video that how to do preparation for FAANG OR MAANG Companies to get job as a Data Analyst job

Could it be possible to share the dataset that you used for this video, or any one similar to it?
Also I would love to have a video about combining python and power bi. I’m currently doing lot of formation about these two tools, and would love to see use cases in which se can use them both, alongside sql and excel for the data cleaning/eda part
very interesting video as usual Luke. great stuff! 🙂
btw, low R2 basically means you are better off using the mean instead of the model.
This is nowhere near close what a real Data Analyst/Scientist would do with machine learning, this is like a toy example of machine learning 101, a waste of time
Can someone having a degree in Artificial Intelligence jump into Data Analysts field🤔?
Hi, thanks for your video as always. A bit off-topic but… Do you have any examples of how you used your data analyst skills outside your work? Maybe some new idea for a new episode😁?
You summed up machine learning better in 5 minutes than my last class did in 4 weeks.
is he using VSC?
as always, useful stuff.
Hey nerd lord! I love your channel and how you teach your experiences, do you have any suggestions for mobile developing or flutter channel like yours? Thank you for your videos ! And also what do you suggest data analyst or mobile developer for an foreigner to coding like me without any mentors or helper around me?
Awesome video Luke. Bring me back memories from grad school when I was working on machine learning projects.
Thank you for your help, please can you do a video on “ how I use python as a data analyst “
Hey Luke, I'm not from a tech background but i would like to move to Tech. Can you please guide me on this. I know there are lots of videos about it but I don't know where to start. Please help me out on this.
Awesome content Luke, as always👏
I couldn't help but notice your headphone, could you tell me the model and brand? Definitely seems a productive tool than improve your focus and work time.
Thanks
Is a Learning Machine the exact same as Machine Learning ?
Could a hybrid deep – machine learning desktop computer be built ? or better to use two and have them run separately or together ?
the best video actually I was trying to understand this field and thanks to you, you really helped me to get more.
I took marketing analytics which was provided by meta on the Coursera platform. I wish I had got this advice before starting that course
I use to be confused by the phrase "machine learning". I then figured out it was basically regression with a few extra bells and whistles (k-folds is my go to).
If you have future in a variable, you don’t need to predict it. You need the past to predict the future.
How i use ML as a data analyst: i dont
Hey luke i want to know your opinion
I want to learn Machine data and data science about Ai
Is it good to buy MacBook air m1 256g 8gb or buy another windows laptops in this range of macbook air m1 basic model price?
It's great however i'm sad that you don't mention about statistics significance. The model means nothing if r^2 is up to the roof but variables are insignificant
Just make money
@Luke possible to get the code and data you used here?
I see you read the comments. So i want to ask you, which model is better and can be used most? Lightbgm or SKLEARN models?
MAN your light set up is awesome.
Please, how long do you think one should focus on excel and sql if they just learned python?
There is a non-native Excel add-in called RegressIt or RegressItLogistic that can handle more machine learning models beyond the Data Analysis tool pack in Excel. It's quite awesome as you can do EDA and also plot a confusion matrix.
Linear regression is extremely important in business and multiple linear regression solves a LOT of the issues where linear regression is not good enough. Forming a solid basis with those is great.
What a way to simplify
Is knowledge of statistics or machine learning required for your job as a data analytic?
If you keep adding variables to the linear regression, the R-squared should tend to decrease, right?
Hey Luke, as always thank you for your insightful videos. They've been very helpful during my journey with Data Analytics.
Do you happen to have any videos or content regarding ChatGPT and open AI? With things like "Prompt Engineering" and the potential growing need for what prompt engineering will allow us to do with Open AI.
Sick
This was SO informative! Thank you!
