Im just waiting for someone to open source this
Hanzhen harmonic drive gear , strain wave reducer, robot joint , over 30 years experience
Will the robots clean the dishes too ?
As soon as I saw the robotic bartender… I was instantly sold. Food not so much, until the process of prep, cleaning and storage is properly automated, that's a pass…
Hello fellow female
Those Robots look really unhygienic. Never wash their hands or take showers.I bet their cleanliness level is a minus. Just because they are made out of metal does not preclude them from dirt, disease and being germ carriers.
Imagine waking up and saying Alexa prepare butter chicken
With this amount of money, I can hire a real chef and also get enough food for a long time XD
Is cheaper then a wife 😅
Just an idea, but it seems to me the concept would be more efficient as an assembly line that utilized conveyor belts to move food through various stages of production.
Let's be real though, cooking is pretty much a recreational activity and with that alone, I can't ever see robots becoming mainstream in household kitchens. I can however imagine something on a much smaller and more affordable scale that perhaps sits on a countertop and builds TV dinner type meals for those moments where time is limited and convenience is needed.
We used to have a house with a small compartment near the side door for the delivery of milk. I wonder if we'll have homes with a compartment for the robotic delivery of parcels and food. Of course this could only be with new planned communities but a developer could subsidize a ghost kitchen/mail office/Uber eats depot for the community or even for a number of communities provided that rights of way for the robots could be arranged. In truth, the original Star Trek food machines were supposed to be such an advance dumb waiter system not the food replicators of Star Trek The Next Generation and even back in the 30's, apartment towers in Chicago were built with pneumatic tubes to deliver food in thermos was attempted.
I love this host. What's her name? She's awesome and intelligent…got an amazing sense of humour. Wow!!
Originally Molly could chop the vegetables but the company couldn’t get their license to manufacture because as per rules the licensing will not be issued if robots are handling dangerous item s like knives in common household. This was the cause for major delay in releasing Molly into market. Imagine if some malfunction happens to robot while handling kitchen knife! This could be dangerous
These machines could save our economy by providing small businesses with the "Personnel" that may in cases be unaffordable or unavailable.
Moldy is too expensive. Not convenient enough. Waste of 7 years of work and too expensive.
There’s an Israeli company making robotic cooking system. Can’t wait for that one to come out. So far it’s the most convenient, efficient and most effective.
robots in my kitchen will be bored. i would be like mac and cheese with hotdogs please. and it will be like that is the 5th time this week.
Easy. Don't teach a robot to use a knife. Teach it to use a food processor (one designed for this, of course.)
Bye bye chef jobs! I guess they will chop the veggies for the preparation😉
What is this? News for toddlers?
