If you want to try out the AI "Secret Sauce" (spoilers, it's Kaiber) this link kicks a few cents back to me, at no cost to you: https://kaiber.ai/?via=tim
I use Wav2lip studio sd extension , works well on video for lip-syncing without having to use a mask. It's basically Sad Talker for video
I love the BD guys – they’re like the Milli Vanilli of YouTube. I can’t wait for the big reveal when they’re exposed as the over enthusiastic AI generated avatars that they clearly are!
Fantastic content as always
Tim compresses an hour of education into 10 mins – wow.
I'm using lalamu for this trick
Does any one have a link to the correct Luma app? I looked in Google Play but LUMA is a security camera app. Maybe I got the spelling wrong. Btw I'm on Android. Thanks
Gaussian splat ? What is that ?
Runway's Greenscreen is the only reason I subscribe. It is just so good. One tip though, I stopped using the green screen output. I export the matte instead. I then layer it over the original footage in after effects, set it as a luma matte and it gives you the cut out, without any of the green edging you often can get from green screen output. It is just that little bit cleaner to my eye.
Whats the difference between this and photogrammetry?
Considering the one button solution is probably only a few weeks away, I’ll let others learn the “hard” way.
Regarding the Gaussian splatting and NeRF as tools for "post re-composing", the latest video from 2min papers about RealFill looks like it could work in tandem with these Splatting or NeRF tools, in theory that is.
RealFill's function is basically reconstructing or completing an image by using several other images of the said object or scene as source images, even from different angles, cameras, lenses and lighting conditions.
So in theory for example the opening of The Shining shot, if a "RealFill + Gaussian Splatting/NeRF" like tool got additional references to the opening shot of the hotell, like shots or images from the backside of the hotell and other angles, it could reconstruct the entire scene from all angles without the fuzzy blurriness.
Things that are missing or partially missing from these images in different angles would be filled in as good as it possibly could by guessing with image generation like approach, like stable diffusion, midjourney and alike, guessing as good as it can with what it has basically.
For now RealFill seems to be for still images but hopefully we might get to see a tool combining its function for films with the splatting/NeRF tools.
(yes yes "don't mistake a clear view for a short distance", this might take a while before we get there)
great stuff!
I envision the development of an AI tool that can assist in automating the process of generating in between frames in 2D animation. The AI would have the capability to learn and replicate an individual's unique art style, as well as automatically apply appropriate colors to animated characters.
The software?! What is the software to download? Jesus that's the only thing that matter and you don't share it!?
imagine if in the future (assuming cctv arent potatos anymore) investigators can use gaussian splat techniques on cctv footage of suspects or even victims last moments to find details they would other wise have missed, scifi i know but that immediately popped into my head
Fascinating stuff. Thanks for the awesome videos and for sharing the possibilities.
Great overview and glimpse into what's already possible but also where the limitations are! I've been side-tracked a little lately, so it's really nice to get an objective opinion on these recent developments. 🙌
Hey my friend, another animation problem that you could speak of (please) is that the AI generated avatars don't seem to breathe, we only see their mouths, and heads move, but not signs of breathing, can this be handled anyways ? thanks 🙂
Great video! Only comment I'll make is the contrast on you seems a bit high. But dude I love your videos!
Great vid, 👍
Man we need to make a film together 😂
I really appreciate your efforts to make this type of content, may God bless you 🙏🌼
Great video as usual! Are you still dealing with that traffic bug that hit your channel? Is your Adsense back to normal?
Write the book that explains AI FILM MAKING IN THE WILD.
Great video Tim and thanks for sharing!
I appreciate you but could you either make a video or direct me to a video explaining how to use sad talker? I'm so lost on that step
I'm here because of your post on youtube, subscribed let's gooooo🔥
Wow love that bad decisions
Miniatures is the answer here. There are about a million tutorials on here on how to create realistic props and environments. If you're creative you can buy doll props and other things.
