This is a breakdown of all the information from the AI world this week. It felt like a quieter week however, once we break it down, A TON …

Just tried Open Assistant. Gave it a fairly complicated question that ChatGPT batted right out of the part, and the answer I got from Open Assistant was maybe a 2 out of 10 in comparison. It has a long way to go
Good stuff. AI in video gaming creates so many possibilities. Pretty exciting
Musk has turned into a moron
AI has been around for a loooooot Longer it seems!
Thanks as ever.
So whilst listening to a friend's new piece of music, I noted some similarities to two tracks (not him copying, just a style thing) that I am familiar with (at 59 I've listened/own to a lot of music) it was Serge Gainsbourg; 'Melody' and Funkadelic; 'Maggot Brain' . Is there an Ai program that could mix both? Maybe with a :: 5 for Serge and ::2 for Maggot Brain.
Im really excited to have an autogpt with an ai open source like LLAMA.
If you dont need to pay for the query you can train this a lot, if LLAMA get an autogpt so this will be the true "baby agi" that everyone is speaking about.
Y’all are going to regret this
All of this feels crazy because we are used to a World without AI. Ten years from now people will look back and wonder how people managed without AI while laughing at crappy AI as it was in 2023. People will be amazed by other new things in 2033. Maybe it is immortality technology? Maybe it is reality hacking? We don't know yet… …AI is interesting now, because it is all so new and advancing at insane speed, but in time people will get bored of it when it becomes commonplace. I believe there will be a lot of AI haters, people whose lives AI have ruined (replacing their jobs for example) thinking things where much better before AI, but there will also be also people who defend AI for all the positive aspects it has to offer (e.g. solving the problems of fusion energy).
Thanks for share
Ark-siv wtflol? 😂
Another awesome weekly round up! You're awesome! 🎉🎉
Please change your end music
Microsoft lolzagna. What do they think they can accomplish that AMD, Intel and others can't? All they have is some money but they have their hands in so many pots, they've dumped so much money into openai for no reason. Microsoft seems a lot like meta, chasing hype and missing.
keep em comming great vids thanks
i like this news
Thank you for keeping us informed every week (and day)!!!! 😀
Amazing to see all the advances in AI these days.
Perhaps this without preprogrammed answers and interaxtion passes on to games, so every gamer will have different experience ( depending the theme of the game) ect. ect.
I'm a car guy. I drive a Honda civic and I have a programmable ecu call hondata 4.0. I'd like to know if there is a way ai can tune the car? Using data logs and predetermined parameters to build a tune file. What ai program would be capable?
The unique conversations within games is the most cool feature ever! Imagine the lore you could employ with GPT 😮
Crazy!
What’s a text?
Crazy how crazy this weeks news is. Crazier than last week's. Next week will probably be even crazier. Just crazy!
Hey Matt, any good ai tools for wedding photography? what's your opinion on imagen ai?
I bet the inside joke on the storm trooper vacuuming the beach flew over most people's heads. Those who spent any time in the Marine Corps will appreciate it. Haha!
My mind blown on the A.I. priest
I wonder when the conservative AI Chatbot will release that tells you the civil war was about states rights and that gay people don’t actually exist 😅
2:43 if this imporved more than most of the people will leave reality and just talk with npc in vr and sword art online game will be reality only game no fulldivevr. characters will have their own personality its good. intresting.
Same for me about pronouncing Arxiv this week, whilst watching a John Michael Godier video!
I would love a game where you use conversation to convince npcs to give you clues to solve a mystery or simply to level up or get extra items 😅. My conversational skills (speaking through my mouth wise) would improve tenfold I just know it
Really enjoy your content! Thank you from Ottawa 🇨🇦
Thank you man, cool stuff
There's going to be an entire virtual world where chatGTP driven bots are going to be talking to each other.
I remember when sound cards hit the market and slowly went mainstream. I remember when video cards hit the market and slowly went mainstream. We will see AI cards hit the market and I'm pretty sure they'll go mainstream to. While running AI on the GPU works, their resource demands are different and AI could greatly benefit from custom hardware. We're going to want good AI in our software, particularly games. If you're running a game or software with high rendering demands, you don't want AI competing for resources. It seems inevitable we'll have AI cards running alongside our GPUs. It was a magical experience when I got my first sound card and when I got my first GPU. I'm looking forward to an AI card!
Matt, awesome tldr! Maybe you should go camping more often 😉 Bonus points for delivery in a New York Minute… and the Gordon Freeman look 🙂
5:37 isn’t IBM working on chips too?
what about the stuff we don't know about? its hard to believe they gave this AI for all to use. what could go wrong?
cool fun?? dude lets see what we call it in a year.
